ASBESTOS SURVEYS

The purpose of an asbestos survey is to locate any ACM's (asbestos containing materials) within the property.  

Surveys fall under several categories; the management survey is used to locate and record any ACM's that may be disturbed during everyday use whilst the refurbishment & demolition survey is required prior to any work that may disturb any unknown ACM's.

We also offer pre purchase surveys to homebuyers, reinspection surveys to allow business to remain compliant in their continued management of any ACM's and HMO surveys to residential landlords.
